Change to Practice Closing Time – Effective from 3 November 2025
From Monday 3 November 2025, Kingswell Surgery will close at 6:00pm each evening.
Between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, any calls made to the practice will be diverted to the i-HEART service, who will handle urgent patient queries during this period.
At 6:30pm, our phone line will automatically transfer to the NHS Out of Hours service, which continues to provide medical support when the practice is closed.
We appreciate your understanding as we make this small change to our opening hours.
Please continue to use NHS 111 if you need urgent medical advice outside of our normal opening times.
